covid-19 સમય દરમિયાન વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ના નવા શૈક્ષણિક સત્રમાં રાજ્યની શાળાઓમાં ગત વર્ષની જેમ વિવિધ માધ્યમથી હોમલનીંગની પ્રક્રિયા અમલમાં છે. સુંદર હોમલીંગની સાથે મૂલ્યાંકન હેતુસર જલાઈ-૨૦૨૧માં રાબેતા મુજબ લેવાનાર સામવિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટી અંગે નીચેની બાબતોને ધ્યાને લઈ આપની કક્ષાએથી આગળની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવનાર છે.
• જુલાઈ માસમાં ધોરણ ૩થી ૮માં નીચે મુજબના વિષયની કસોટીઓ યોજવામાં આવનાર છે.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પ્રવર્તમાન શૈક્ષણિક સ્થિતિ જાણવાના હેતુસર સત્રની ઉપરોક્ત પ્રથમ સામયિક કસોટી જે તે ઘોરણમાં અગાઉના ધોરણના લર્નિંગ આઉટકમ્સ ને ધ્યાનમાં લઈ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે. દા.ત ધોરણ ૮માં ગુજરાતીની કસોટી ધોરણ ૭ સુધીના લર્નીંગ આઉટકમ્સને ધ્યાનમાં લઈ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે.
ઉપરોક્ત સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટીઓ તા. ૨૦/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ થી ૨૩/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ દરમિયાન યોજવામાં આવનાર છે. તા.૨૯/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સુધી ઘેટીઓ હાર્ડકોપી અથવા સોફ્ટકોપીમાં પહોચતી કરવાની રહેશે.
ના.૨૦/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ના રોજ જી.સી.ઈ.આર.ટી.ની વેબસાઈટ (https://gcert.gujarat.gov.in/gcert/) પર પણ તમામ માધ્યમની કસોટીઓ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવશે. આ ઉપરાંત ગુજરાતી માધ્યમની કસોટીઓ જે તે વિષયના પાઠ્યપુસ્તકની અનુક્રમણિકા (index) પરના QR Code પરથી પણ મેળવી શકાશે.
સદર કસોટીઓ વાલી અને વિદ્યાર્થીની અનુકૂળતાએ વિદ્યાર્થી વાલીની દેખરેખ હેઠળ ઘરેથી લખે તે અપેક્ષિત છે. કસોટીનો આશય વિદ્યાર્થીની શૈક્ષણિક સ્થિતિ જાણવાનો હોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કસોટી ભયમુક્ત અને તણાવમુક્ત વાતાવરણમાં આપે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.
કસોટીની ઉત્તરવહીઓ તા. ૩૦/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં વાલી મારફત શાળા સુધી પહોંચાડવામાં આવે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.
ધોરણ ૪ થી ૮ માં કસોટીના ઉત્તરો ગત વર્ષની એકમ કસોટીની નોટબુકમાં લખવાના રહેશે.
સંજોગોવસાત આ નોટબુક ઉપલબ્ધ ના હોય તો અન્ય નોટબુકમાં લખવાના રહેશે. ધોરણ-૩ ની ગુજરાતી અને ગણિતની કસોટીઓની અંદર જ ઉત્તરો લખવાના રહેશે
During the covid-19 period, in the new academic session of the year 2021-2, the process of home humming is being implemented in the state schools through various mediums like last year. Further action will be taken from your level in view of the following matters regarding the overall assessment test to be taken as per the routine in July 2021 for the purpose of assessment with beautiful homling.
The above first periodical test of the session will be prepared keeping in view the learning outcomes of the previous standard in that standard for the purpose of knowing the current academic status of the students. For example, in Std. 8, Gujarati test will be prepared keeping in view the learning outcomes up to Std. 7.
The above periodic evaluation tests To be held from 23/07/2021 to 27/07/2021. Sheep should reach the students in hardcopy or softcopy by 30/07/2021.
Tests of all mediums will also be made available on GCERT website (https://gcert.gujarat.gov.in/gcert/) on 20/07/2021. Apart from this Gujarati medium tests which can also be obtained from the QR Code on the textbook index of that subject.
The above tests are expected to be written by the student from home under the supervision of the parent at the convenience of the parent and the student. The purpose of the test is to know the academic status of the student and it is desirable that the students give the test in a fear-free and stress-free environment.
It is desirable to be delivered Test Answer Books to the school through the guardian by Dt. 30/07/2021.
If this notebook is not available in any case, it will have to be written in another notebook. The answers have to be written within the Gujarati and Mathematics tests of Std 3.
