Covid 19 Related Public Order By Home Ministry

કોરોના મહામારીનો ધ્યાને લઇ ગૃહ વિભાગ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવ્યો જાહેર હુકમ.

નોવેલ કોરોના વાયરસ ( COVID-19) ને WHO દ્વારા વૈશ્વિક મહામારી જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ સંબંધમાં કેન્દ્ર સરકાર તથા રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા સમયાંતરે સુચનાઓ તેમજ માર્ગદર્શિકાઓ બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલ છે.

રાજ્યમાં COVID-19 ની અસર કેટલાક શહેરોમાં વધારે વતઇ રહી છે. જે અંગે રાજ્ય સરકારે ગંભીરતાપૂર્વક્ર વિચારણા કરેલ છે. પુખ્ત વિચારણાને અંતે રાજ્ય સરકારે નીચે મુજબની બાબતો અમલમાં મુકવા નિર્ણય કરેલ છે.

તા. 14/04/2021 થી અમલમાં આવે તે રીતે લગ્ન સમારંભમાં બંધ કે ખુલ્લી જગ્યામાં 50(પચાસ) થી વધુ વ્યક્તિઓ ઍકઠા થઈ શકશે નહિ.

જે શહેરોમાં રાત્રિ કફર્યું અમલમાં છે ત્યાં કફર્યુંના સમયની અવધી દરમિયાન લગ્ન સમારંભ યોજી શકાશે નહિ.

મૃત્યુના કિસ્સામાં અંતિમ વિધી/ઉત્તરક્રિયામાં 50(પચાસ)થી વધારે વ્યક્તિ એકત્ર થઇ શશે નહીં.

જાહેરમાં રાજકીય / સામાજીક / ધાર્મિક કાર્યક્રમો, સત્કાર સમારંભ, જન્મ દિવસની ઉજવણી કે અન્ય મેળાવડા યોજવા પર તાત્કાલિક અસરથી સંપૂર્ણ પ્રતિબંધિત રહેશે.

ઍપ્રિલ તથા મે માસ દરમ્યાન આવતા દરેક ધર્મના તહેવારો જાહેરમાં ઉજવી શકાશે નહીં. તથા જાહેરમાં લોકો એકત્ર થઇ શકશે નહીં. તમામ તહેવારો પોતાની આસ્થા અનુસાર ધરમાં કુટુંબ સાથે ઉજવવાના રહેશે.

સરકારી, અર્ધ સરકારી, બોર્ડ, કોર્પોરેશન તથા તમામ પ્રકારની ખાનગી ઓફીસોમાં કર્મચારીઓની હાજરીની સંખ્યા 50% સુધી રાખવાની રહેશે અથવા alternate day કર્મચારીઓ ફરજ પર આવે તેવી વ્યવસ્થા સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાની રહેશે.

આવશ્યક સેવાઓને આ જોગવાઈ લાગુ પડશે નહીં. રાજ્યના તમામ ધાર્મિક સ્થાનો તા. 30/04/2021 સુધી જાહેરજનતા માટે બંધ રાખવા અપીલ કરવામાં આવે છે. ધાર્મિકસ્થાન ખાતેની દૈનિક પૂજા/વિધી ધાર્મિકસ્થાનોના સંચાલકો/પુજારીશ્રીઓ દ્વારા મર્યાદિત લોકો સાથે કરવામાં આવે તે સલાહભર્યું છે. શ્રધ્ધાળુઓને પણ ધાર્મિક સ્થાનોમાં પ્રત્યક્ષ દર્શન ન કરવા જવાની વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે.

ગૃહ વિભાગના સમાન ક્રમાંકના તા. 06/04/2021 ના હુકમથી આપવામાં આવેલ અન્ય સુચનાઓ યથાવત રહે છે.

આ દરમિયાન કોવિડ સબંધિત અન્ય માર્ગદર્શક સુચનાઓનું દરેક નાગરિકોએ પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે.

_{આ હુકમનું અસરકારક અમલીકરણ સર્વે પોલીસ કમિશ્નર, જિલ્લા મેજીસ્ટ્રેટ તથા પોલીસ વડા દ્વારા કરવાનું રહેશે.}

_{આ હુકમના ભંગ બદલ The EPIDEMIC DISEASES Act 1897 અન્વયે THE GUJARAT EPIDEMIC DISEASES COVID-19 REGULATION, 2020 ની જોગવાઈઓ, INDIAN PENAL CODE કલમ 188 તથા THE DISASTER MANAGAMENT ACTની જોગવાઇઓ હેઠળ કાનુની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવશે તથા તે હેઠળ સજાને પાત્ર થશે.}

The novel Corona virus (COVID-19) has been declared a global epidemic by the WHO. In this regard, instructions and guidelines have been issued from time to time by the Central Government and the State Government.

The impact of COVID-19 is being felt in some cities in the state. The state government has given serious consideration to this. At the end of the adult deliberation, the state government has decided to implement the following matters.

With effect from Dt. 14/04/2021, no more than 50 (fifty) persons may gather in a closed or open space for a wedding ceremony.

In cities where night kafaryu is in force, marriage ceremonies cannot be held during the kafaryu period.

In case of death, no more than 50 (fifty) persons may be present at the funeral.

Public political / social / religious events, receptions, birthday celebrations or other gatherings will be completely banned with immediate effect.

Festivals of all religions during April and May may not be celebrated in public. And people will not be able to gather in public. All the festivals should be celebrated with the family at home according to their faith.

The attendance of employees in government, semi-government, board, corporation and all types of private offices should be kept up to 50% or arrangements should be made for alternate day employees to come on duty. This provision does not apply to essential services.

All religious places in the state It is appealed to keep it closed to the public till 30/04/2021. It is advisable that the daily worship / ritual at the shrine be performed by the administrators / priests of the shrine with limited number of people. Devotees are also urged not to go to religious places for direct darshan.

Dt. Of the same number of Home Department. Other instructions given by the order dated 06/04/2021 remain unchanged.

In the meantime, every citizen will have to follow other guidelines related to Covid.

Violations of this order will be dealt with under the provisions of The EPIDEMIC DISEASES Act 1897, the provisions of THE GUJARAT EPIDEMIC DISEASES COVID-19 REGULATION, 2020, section 188 of the INDIAN PENAL CODE and the provisions of THE DISASTER MANAGAMENT ACT.
