NATIONAL MEANS-CUM-MERIT SCHOLARSHIP (NMMS)
Applications are invited for 3314 number of National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (distributed among 30 districts) from the eligible students studying in Class VIII in Government / Government Aided in the State of Gujarat. The Examination shall be held (Sunday) as per details given below.
Examination :
National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship, 2021-2022 shall be conducted in one stage only.
Examination Fees :
The candidates are not required to pay any examination fee. However, they shall have to bear their own expenses for coming and going to Examination Centre to appear the examination.
Eligibility :
The candidate must have secured at least 55% marks for General, SEBC and 50% for Reserved Category (SC, ST, PH) in Class VII Annual Examination or its equivalent.
He / she must be studying in Class VIII during the academic session, 2020-2021 in Government / Government Aided schools of the State.
His / her parental annual income from all sources should not be more than Rs.1,50,000.00 (Rupees one Lakh Fifty Thousand) only.
Students studying in Government Residential Schools like Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and Residential Schools under ST and SC Development Department, KGBV etc. where all expenses are paid by Govt. are not eligible for scholarship under the Scheme.
STEP 1: Open any html 5 web browser (Preferable Latest version of Firefox or Chrome). Type the url given above in the address bar of the browser. You will see the home page of scholarships portal of School Education Department.
STEP 2: Every applicant of NMMSE 2020 need to do one-time registration process. Click on “New user register here” to register yourself. It is a one-time process for each applicant. On clicking you will be forwarded to a new window to select scholarships type.
STEP 3: Here you need to choose “Centrally Sponsored National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship Examination, 2020” as scholarships type for NMMSE 2020 to proceed. Click on “Centrally Sponsored National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship Examination, 2020”
STEP 4: By clicking on scholarships type you will be forwarded to NMMSE, 2020 instruction page. Read complete instruction before proceed carefully. Scroll down to bottom of the page and you will see two buttons. You can Download Instruction by clicking on left button and to proceed with registration click on "PROCEED TO REGISTRATION‟
STEP 5: Now you will see a registration form containing some basic details. Here all the details are mandatory. Give proper and valid email id and mobile number as all future communication will made to these. Set a strong password. This password is required to login for application fill up and for the rest of the process. You will get USERID / Registration No after successful registration. You will also receive Email and SMS.

તા.૧૪-૦3-૨૦૨૧ના રોજ લેવામા આવલે NMMS પરીક્ષા-૨૦૨૦મા ઉપસ્થિત રહલે ઉમેદવારોને -જણાવવાનું કે આ પરીક્ષાની પ્રોવવઝનલ આન્સર કી તથા OMR આજ રોજ તા.૦૫/૦૪/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામા આવલે છે. આ પરીક્ષાના પ્રશ્નપેપરના કોઇ પ્રશ્ન/પ્રોવિઝનલ આન્સર કી ના ઉત્તર તથા આપની OMR બાબતે રજૂઆત કરવા માંગતા હોય તો અત્રેની કચેરીની વેબસાઇટ પર www.sebexam.org પર દર્શાવેલ લિંક ઓપન કરી તમામ વિગતો ભરીને માન્ય આધારોને સ્કેન કરી PDF થવરૂપે જરૂરી આધારો સાથે ઓનલાઇન સબમિટ કરવાનાં રહેશે.
જો એક કરતા વધુ પ્રશ્નો અંગે રજૂઆત કરવાની હોય તો પ્રશ્નદીઠ અલગ-અલગ પત્રકમા રજૂઆત કરવાની રહેશે.
રજૂઆત મોકલવાનો સમયગાળો: તા.05/04/2021 થી તા.૧૦/૦૪/૨૦૨૧ (રાત્રે ૨૩:૫૯ સુધી) જે પ્રશ્નના ઉત્તર અંગે રજૂઆત કરવી હોય તેના આધાર માટે રજુ કરવામા આવતું પુસ્તક સરકાર દ્વારા પ્રકાશિત થયેલ હોવું જોઇએ. એટલે કે કોઇ ખાનગી પ્રકાશનો દ્વારા પ્રકાશિત થયેલ પુસ્તકો / સાહિત્ય આધાર તરીકે માન્ય રહેશે નહી.
આધારો વગરની રજૂઆતો ધ્યાને લેવામા આવશે નહી.
નિયત સમય મર્યાદામાં એટલે કે તા.૧૦/૦૪/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં મળેલ રજૂઆતો જ ધ્યાને લેવામા આવશે.
આ પરીક્ષામા ઉપસ્થિત હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારો જ આ પ્રકારની રજૂઆત કરી શકશે. જેની ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.
