શિષ્યવૃત્તિ કામગીરી પૂર્ણ કરવા બાબત.
સરકારશ્રીના સામાજિક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગ, ગાંધીનગર તથા આદિજાતિ વિકાસ વિભાગ, ગાંધીનગર હસ્તકની વર્ષ: ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ ની SC/ ST / SEBC/ EBC / NT-DANT / Minority ાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટેની પ્રિમેટ્રીક શિષ્યવૃતિ ગણવેશ સહાય યોજનાઓનો અમલ Digital Gujarat Portal પર શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીઓ પાસેથી ઓનલાઇન દરખાસ્તો મંગાવામાં આવેલ છે,
ઉક્ત બાબતે પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓને તમામ પ્રિમેટ્રીક શિષ્યવૃતિ ગણવેશ સહાય યોજનાના પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એન્ટ્રી ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલમાં કરવાની, તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એંટ્રી થઇ ગયા બાદ રાજ્યકક્ષાએથી જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના બેંક ખાતાને વેફીફાઇ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારબાદ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની યોજનાવાર ઓનલાઇન પ્રપોઝલ બનાવવાની કામગીરી તા. ૦૭/૦૬/૨૦૨૦૧ થી શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેથી તમામ આચાર્યશ્રીઓને વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ ની પ્રિમેટ્રીક શિષ્યવૃત્તિ ગણવેશ સહાય યોજનાની કામગીરી તાત્કાલિક પૂર્ણ કરાવવા આપની કક્ષાએથી જરૂરી સૂચના આપવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે,
શાળાકક્ષાએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એંટ્રી કરવાની કામગીરી, પ્રપોઝલ બનાવવાની કામગીરી, પ્રપોઝલને ઓનલાઇન સેન્ડ કરવાની કામગીરી સહિતની તમામ કામગીરી તા. ૧૫/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ થઇ જાય તે મુજબ આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે. વધુમાં, શાળામાં પાત્રતા ધરાવતા કોઇપણ વિદ્યાર્થી શિષ્યવૃતિથી વંચિત ન રહી જાય તેની પણ કાળજી લેવાની રહેશે. ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલની કામગીરીને સમયમર્યાદામાં પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીએ જે તે ખાતાના જિલ્લા અધિકારીશ્રીના સંપર્કમાં રહીને તથા તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીઓને સૂચનાઓ આપી સંબંધિતો પાસેથી તાત્કાલિક કામગીરી પૂર્ણ કરવા જણાવામાં આવે છે.
ધોરણ ૧ માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને દાખલ કરવા માટે વાલી ફોર્મ તથા જન્મતારીખના સોગંદનામાનો નમુનો

In the above matter, the primary schools should make the entry of all the students eligible for the Premetric Scholarship Uniform Assistance Scheme in the Digital Gujarat Portal. Started from 07/09/20201. So that all the principals are asked to give necessary instructions from your level to complete the work of Premetric Scholarship Uniform Assistance Scheme for the year 2021-2 immediately,
At the school level, all the work including the work of entry of students, the work of making a proposal, the work of sending the proposal online. Planning will have to be done as soon as it is completed by 15/09/2021. In addition, care must be taken to ensure that any eligible student in the school is not deprived of the scholarship. In order to complete the work of Digital Gujarat Portal in time, the District Primary Education Officer is in touch with the District Officer of that department and giving instructions to the Taluka Primary Education Officer to complete the work immediately from the concerned.
