સામાયિક કસોટીના આયોજન બાબત.

જી.સી.ઈ.આર.ટી. નો ધોરણ 3 થી 8 માં સામાયિક કસોટીના આયોજન બાબતનો પરિપત્ર.





               ગુજરાત શૈક્ષણિક સંશોધન અને તાલીમ ભવન, 'વિદ્યાભવન', સેકટર-૧૨ ગાંધીનગર ના પત્ર ક્રમાંક: જીસીઈઆરટી/સી એન્ડ ઈ/૨૦૨૧/૮૮૭૦-૮૯૩૪ તારીખ:-08/04/2021 દ્વારા સામાયિક કસોટીના આયોજન બાબત વિસ્તૃત માહિતી આપતો પત્ર કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જે નીચે મુંજબ છે. 





             ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ અન્વયે covin-19 સમય દરમિયાન હોમલનીંગની સાથે મૂલ્યાંકન હતુસર માર્ચ માસમાં પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં દરેક માધ્યમમાં ધોરણ માં ગુજરાતી (પ્રથમ ભાષા) અને ગણિત, ધીરણ અને પમાં અંગ્રેજી અને હિન્દી તથા ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮માં અંગ્રેજી, હિન્દી તથા સંસ્કૃત વિષયની સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટી યોજાઈ ગયેલ.


               એપ્રિલ-૨૦૨૧માં રાબેતા મુજબ લેવાનાર કસોટી અંગે નીચેની બાબતોને ધ્યાને લઈ આપની કક્ષાએ થી આગળની કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી છે.





  • એપ્રિલ માસમાં ધોરણ-3 માં પર્યાવરણ તથા ધોરણ 1 થી 8 ની ગુજરાતી (પ્રથમ ભાષા) અને ગણિતની વિષયની કસોટીઓ યોજવામાં આવનાર છે.




  • ઉપરોક્ત સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટી ઓ તા. 27/04/2021 અને 28/04/2021 દરમિયાન યોજવામાં આવનાર છે. તા. 26/04/2021 સુધીમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સુધી કસોટીઓ હાર્ડકોપી અથવા સોફ્ટકોપીમાં પહોંચતી કરવાની રહેશે.




  • તા. 26/04/2021ના રોજ જી.સી.ઈ.આર.ટી.ની વેબ સાઈટ (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in) પર પણ તમામ માધ્યમની કસોટીઓ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવશે. તેમજ ગુજરાતી માધ્યમની કસોટીઓ જે તે વિષયના પાઠયપુસ્તકની અનુક્રમણિકા (Index) પરના QR code પરથી પણ મેળવી શકાશે.




  • સદર કસોટીઓ વાલી અને વિદ્યાર્થીની અનુકૂળતાએ વિદ્યાર્થીએ વાલીની દેખરેખ હેઠળ ઘરેથી લખે તે અપેક્ષિત છે. કસોટીનો આશય વિદ્યાર્થીની પ્રગતિ જાણવાનો હોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કસોટી ભયમુક્ત અને તણાવમુક્ત વાતાવરણમાં આપે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.




  • કસોટીની ઉત્તરવહીઓ તારીખ:07/05/2021 સુધીમાં વાલી મારફત શાળા સુધી પહોચાડવામાં આવે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે.




  • કસોટીઓ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિઓને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે. જેનો અભ્યાસક્રમ નીચે મુજબ છે.







Periodical Test Std. 3 To 8 In Government Primary School In Gujarat By (GCERT) Sylabus.




Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training, Gandhinaga had announce to arrange periodical assesment test in in primary school of gujarat. This Test will be held in Apirl -2021. 


Due to Covid-19 Pendamic primary students could not attend the school and got education in school. However Government has taken some initiative step and started online eduction in various medium Like Virtual Class, Online Classes, Education On Durdarshan (DD Girnar), Whatsapp Test and some more. Primary Teachers also very active and made so many efforts to make their children active and make continue thier studies. 


But Due to Rural and Remote aria Online Education is not easy for students. There are so many problems in online education. The Problems like poor or no network in remote area, unavaibality of devices like smart phone, insuficiant mobile recharge, ignorance of parents and unawarnes of education of society. Because of Such problems online education is not a very hand tool for all students.



So The Government started an intiative Work of Unit Test. This test was provided to every primary students. The student write the test at his home and submit to his / her teacher. The teacher examine the test and tell the students to prepare his / her week point of study. This work has been done through the whole year.


After The School Had started GCERT aslo arranged a Test in primary students to know their Knowledge. That Test was held in March-2021. The purpose of the test was just to know the educational knowledge of the students.


And Now in April -2021 GCERT once again announce to arrang the Periodical test. This Test will Held in 27 and 28 April-2021. All the students of std 3 to 8 will attend this test. The students can attend this test from their home. The GCERT Declared some key point about the test. The points are below.




  • Subject that will cover in this test are : Mari Aaspas in Std. 3 and Gujarati (The First Language) of Std -3 to 8.




  • The Question papers will be provided on 26th April 2021.




  • The Question Papers will be provided either in soft copy or hard copy.




  • The GCERT also provide the papers on his official Website www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in




  • One Can download Gujarati medium Question Papers from QR Code Available in Index of Text Book.




  • The students will attend the test in supervision of the parents.




  • The aim of the Periodical Test is just to know progress of the students.




  • Parents will have to submit the ansersheet to the school within 7th May 2021.
